About the role
Account Service Coordinator Chubb Global Services – North America manages the delivery of Chubb products and services to global customers for sophisticated risk management programs through the Chubb Global Network.
Responsibilities
- Issue new and amended Clinical Trials certificates for existing policies for Tier 1 countries
- Create draft certificate with existing templates in SharePoint
- Create certificate record in MAX and close task
- Send certificate to requestor
- Create draft certificate with existing templates in SharePoint
- Create certificate record in MAX and send draft to office
- Monitor MAX and follow up as required for completed certificate
- Send certificate to requestor
- Export CT data spreadsheet from MAX
- QC and edit as required for expired or amended trials to reflect bound program
- Upon program binding create draft certificates via Generator
- QC and edit draft certificates as appropriate prior to issuance
- Process via MAX (uploading s/s for Tier 1 and close tasks; send Tier 2 to office for issuance)
- Upload draft certificates to SharePoint
- Send certificate(s) to requestor
- Issue new and amended Clinical Trials certificates for existing policies for Tier 2 countries
- Manage renewal certificates via Generator for large volume programs
- Maintenance of Certificate Templates – SharePoint Site, Generator and internal notifications (under direction of ASM)
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- College degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable business experience
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reconciliation work
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships and instill confidence with external customers, team members and all levels of management
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to operate with a minimum of structure and capable of working/participating in an environment which is constantly changing
- High commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and within established departmental standards and timetables
